This market resolves to Yes if an official and binding agreement for the acquisition of Lucid Motors (ticker: LCID), in full or in majority ownership (>50%), by any external entity is publicly announced on or before 11:59PM EST December 31, 2026, regardless of whether the acquisition has closed by that date. Otherwise, this market resolves to “No.”
