This market resolves YES if Warner Bros. (including Warner Bros. Discovery and any of its wholly owned media assets) is formally acquired by the respective company through a completed purchase transaction. Announced or agreed-upon deals that do not legally close before market resolution will not count.

This market resolves NO if no qualifying acquisition is completed.
